We are pleased to have your to participation in the ICG-Europe 2013. Online registration is available until June 20, 2013. Please read the intro of this page carefully before you make registration.

The registration confirmation will be emailed once your registration has been submitted successfully. After the payment completed, the official invitation letter and payment confirmation will be emailed to you in 3 days.

*Academic: Researchers and scientists employed by academic, research or scientific organizations

*Student: Including undergraduates, graduates& PhD students. A copy of your VALID Student ID is required on site. Failure to provide a copy may result in full fee being charged.

Payment:

Online payment is available only when you submit your registration details. Once leave that page, you should make registration again to get the access to online payment. Or you could choose bank transfer to the VIB (co-organizer of conference) account as following:

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations received before Friday, the 10th of May, 2013 will be refunded 70% of the registration fee. Refunds will be wire transferred to the account used for registration. No refund will be given for cancellations received after May 27, 2013.
