| Ann De Beuckelaer is Managing Director FlandersBio since March 2012. Previously she was active as consultant focusing on strategic development of biotechnology and knowledge based economies as well as providing direct support to life science companies. Ann served as Director of Business Development of a biopharmaceutical company in Belgium from 2007 till 2009. From 2003 till 2007 she was the Managing Director of the biotechnology cluster biosaxony, Germany, and prior to that was involved in designing and implementing Saxony’s 200 million Euro biotechnology offensive program. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry form the Free University in Berlin as well as a degree in pharmacy from the University in Freiburg, Germany. | |
